Jeff Bibb

A founding partner, Jeff is the firm’s managing partner. He also handles account management duties and client strategic marketing planning. A graduate of Austin Peay State University, he served 11 years as chairman of the Clarksville River District Commission, which was responsible for the highly acclaimed Cumberland RiverWalk development. He was an organizer and director of Heritage Bank which he helped found in 1988. He served on the Southeastern School of Banking faculty at Vanderbilt University in June 2000. He is active in the Nashville Chamber CEO Roundtable, the Clarksville Chamber board, APSU Foundation board, ABA Marketing Network and is chair of the APSU Athletic Hall of Fame.

Prior to forming the marketing firm, Jeff was on the PR staff at Austin Peay State University. Jeff's wife, Sharon, is BLF Marketing's Human Resources Manager, and has been with the firm for over 25 years. They have two children, Landon and Chelsey.

Renaissance on the River - It may have been civic passion for his hometown. Perhaps a love of the water. Maybe even a desire to ply his academic training in urban planning. But from the Clarksville River District Commission's inception, Jeff Bibb was its chair and leader. He invested 11 years as visionary, planner and driver of the highly successful - and still ongoing - transformation of the city's riverfront and historic downtown district. For his efforts, he was recognized with the prestigious Clearwater Award from the international Waterfront Center. He is pictured at the Cumberland RiverCenter, the centerpiece of the highly acclaimed and greatly utilized Cumberland RiverWalk.

Frank Lott

Also a founding partner, Frank oversees the firm’s creative staff and manages several client-marketing programs. A graduate of Murray State University, he is active in civic affairs and is chairman of the Clarksville Downtown District Partnership and serves on the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center board. As chairman of the museum board, he was a vital advocate for its successful building expansion. Prior to forming the firm, Frank was Director of Creative Services for Jostens Publishing from 1973 to 1978. Frank is also an accomplished artist specializing in water colors.

He is married to Patti Marquess of Hopkinsville Ky., and has three sons, Chad, Francis and Thomas.

Building on our Heritage - A lifelong interest in history has been a motivating force for Frank Lott - both personally and professionally. Since its inception in 1984, Frank has been closely involved with the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center in Clarksville serving three terms as Museum Board Chairman. His commitment to the museum has helped it achieve a level of success as Tennessee's second largest general museum. Historical themes and architecture are often key subjects in Frank's watercolor paintings. The historic 1898 Post Office/Customs House is one of the most photographed buildings in the state.

David Hoke

David joined the firm in May 2002. A graduate of the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management, he is responsible for many of the firm's clients throughout the Southeast, in addition to managing BLF Marketing’s Murfreesboro office. David has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, including product development and brand management. His corporate experience with Procter & Gamble, AMSCO International and David Weekley Homes allowed him to gain valuable insight into both domestic and international marketing. He is the immediate Past-President of the Sales and Marketing Council (Homebuilders Association of Middle Tennessee) and active in the ABA Marketing Network.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, David and his wife Ann, leader one of the top residential real estate teams in Middle Tennessee, have two children, Ryan and Leisha.

Running for the Health of It – It all began again in 2004. That was when David Hoke answered the Team-in-Training (TNT) challenge. Almost 30 years earlier, his collegiate running career at The Ohio State University had been cut short by a foot injury. His return to distance running was awkward at first, but his passion for the sport was soon reignited. With the help of friends and family, David honored his TNT pledge and raised money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. But it didn’t end there. Since then, he has passionately inspired others to get off the couch and improve their health and fitness. David has completed seven marathons, including the Mountain Mist 50k in Huntsville, and continues to improve toward his dream of running the Boston Marathon.
