Hoke To Present At International Builders' Show

1/12/2009 - Nashville, Tenn. — David Hoke, a partner with BLF Marketing, will be a featured presenter at the 2009 International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas, Nev. Approximately 100,000 housing professionals will attend the industry’s largest annual trade show exposition January 20-23 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Hoke will lead discussions on Collecting Dividends from Your Brand and Advertising that Connects at “Meet the Expert” forums sponsored by the Institute of Residential Marketing and the National Sales and Marketing Council. Hoke has been a regular IBS presenter since 2005. He is known for interactive sessions that combine proven marketing strategies with real-world experience — providing solutions that can be effectively integrated into any company’s marketing plan.

Hoke has over 20 years of experience in new home sales, marketing and residential real estate development. Prior to joining BLF Marketing as a partner in 2002, he worked for David Weekley Homes and Newmark Homes, where he gained valuable industry insight. Hoke is a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing which recognizes top professionals in the home building industry around the world. He is also a two-time past president of the Sales and Marketing Council with the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee.

BLF Marketing provides strategic marketing and branding services to several homebuilders, including Murfreesboro based Ole South Properties, Inc., one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Founded in 1978, the firm has a diverse regional client base and specializes in marketing for banking and financial services, real estate companies, health care providers, community and regional economic development groups, business-to-business companies, museums, and professional service businesses.
