Hoke’s presentation on Banking Assurance will focus on the importance of effectively and consistently communicating safety and soundness to a bank’s employees, customers, prospects, shareholders and communities. Over the past 10 years, Hoke has helped more than 40 community banks increase revenues, market share and improve profitability with effective branding, communications and marketing plans. He is known for leading interactive sessions that combine proven marketing strategies with real-world experience — providing solutions that can be effectively integrated into any company’s marketing plan.
Hoke has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, beginning with Proctor & Gamble, where he spent 12 years in leadership positions in both domestic and international marketing. He attended the ABA’s School of Bank Marketing and Management, serving as treasurer for the Class of 2001. In May 2002, David joined BLF Marketing as a partner, establishing an office in Nashville, Tenn.
