Platinum: Great Performance in a Down Economy

9/8/2010 - BLF Marketing’s Platinum Customer Program continues to demonstrate strong performance in a challenging economy. Platinum ResultsDesigned to Recognize, Reward and Retain the institution’s top tier retail customers, our clients have achieved notable results.
  • BLF financial institution clients experienced, on average, an overall 12% growth in combined retail deposits and loans from July 2008 to January 2010.
  • Remarkably, 92% of this growth was attributable to the Platinum customer group which represented, on average, only 13% of the retail customer base.
  • Platinum customers as a group showed a 22% increase in retail deposits and loans in the 18-month period.
  • In these same institutions, customers who did not qualify for the Platinum Customer Program only grew retail deposits and loans by 2%.

These results demonstrate that especially in tough financial times, it is Platinum Program customers who can mean the most to their financial institution.
